RepresentEdTech to provide D2L Brightspace across Nordics
D2L has tied-up with RepresentEdTech to provide its learning platform Brightspace across the Nordic market.
Digital education technology specialist D2L is collaborating with RepresentEdTech, a Scandinavian education technology agency and consultancy, to resell and distribute its Brightspace cloud-based learning platform all over the Nordic region.
The partnership will allow D2L to benefit from the wealth of knowledge and experience that RepresentEdTech has of the Nordic edtech market as well as of the expertise of its team. According to D2L, this could lead to potential expansion in the region.
Peter Blakey, EMEA Channel Manager at D2L believes that the RepresentEdTech team has a great understanding of the market which will help D2L expand its Brightspace outreach to even more educational institutions and enterprises.
Peter said: “We are delighted to start working with RepresentEdTech to further our commitment to existing and prospective customers in the Nordics.
“We’ve seen some great traction so far and are collaborating with a number of organisations in the region.
“Jonas and James demonstrate a truly impressive understanding of the market, and will play a key role in helping D2L reach even more educational institutions and enterprises with the benefits of Brightspace in the years to come.”
D2L hopes to continue EMEA expansion with RepresentEdTech collaboration
James Bennett, CEO of RepresentEdTech CEO, when speaking about the partnership stated:
“This is a very exciting partnership. D2L’s Brightspace platform represents a best-of-breed modern learning platform, with a rich feature set that’s really pushing forward new pedagogical methods around the globe.
“We’re keen to use our knowledge, experience, and contacts to help introduce Brightspace to more schools, universities, and businesses across these three countries, and help support D2L’s momentum across the EMEA region as a whole.”
Previously D2L has seen the efforts of its hard work as they achieved high success levels and extended reach across EMEA as an increased number of customers turned to the Brightspace platform to facilitate and improve their learning experience.
Denmark’s Aarhus University is one such institution that used Brightspace to augment its learning outcomes and to personalise its course delivery according to the specific needs of its students.
